1. it's pretty ez to install. it's a few T's in some lines. and some wireing, but if you are not familiar with your z do not do it. 2. do not think you will get noticable HP gains. you will let more air flow to air intake and better cooling for radiator. 3. i installed my white gauge faces, this is my second time. the first time i did it bad and didn't know my car was overheating. who every does it must have alot of patience and has to be real carefull to do it right, since there is no reall perfect fit ones, it's a risk. I just love the look of them.
